Niel completed his LLB at the University of Pretoria and thereafter completed his articles at Cavanagh and Richards. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with right of appearance in the High Court and an accredited mediator who serves on the panel of mediators for the South African Association of Mediators (SAAM), Niel has a passion for alternative dispute resolution and family law.

He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and is also a qualified debt collector registered with the Council for Debt Collectors.
